Lucinda holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of Massachusetts Global. Her research focuses on how nonprofit leaders exercise influence to motivate team members and stakeholders to drive organizational impact. She earned a Master of Public Administration from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
